Return Policy


We hope you enjoy each and every product ordered at chaklik.com
However, should your product be damaged in shipment, or the wrong item
shipped, you may receive a full refund or a replacement product.
Please follow the steps below before returning any items to us:

What can be returned:

We regret that we cannot accept returns of products to be opened/used.
Only unopened/unused product will be accepted for refunds.
( Except opened product of which was the wrong item shipped )
Returns must be made within 30 days upon receipt of product.

What can not be returned:

*Barcode film-masters are not refundable unless returned
unopened in original packaging.

*Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

If you need to return a shipment :

1. Contact our Customer Service - please click here
prior to returning any products. In your email, indicate:

Your name, phone number, and e-mail address
Your order number
The items you wish to return
The reason for your return (incorrect item, damaged item, etc.)
Whether you would prefer a replacement item, get back
your money at our local office or a refund on your credit card.

2. A customer service representative will respond with a
Return Authorization.

3. Return your unopened product(s) via commercial carrier or your local
Post Office to the address provided in the Return Authorization.

4. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund on your credit card,
or ship a replacement item, depending on your request.

We cannot accept any returns or process any refunds if the above conditions
